This is where ideas become a plan. Our team refines your layout, confirms site conditions, and prepares a fixed-price proposal based on real data — not guesswork. Once we’ve agreed on layout and inclusions, we lock it in — no more design drift, just clear progress.

Preliminary Contract

At this stage, we will enter into a Preliminary Contract, allowing us to manage your project all the way through to Building Approval. It’s a simple way to take the pressure off — we handle the reports, engineering, and coordination while you enjoy peace of mind.

Development Approval (if required)

Some projects require Development Approval. If so, we handle it for you — coordinating with our planning partners and managing any supporting documentation (flood, bushfire, or environmental reports). You’re kept informed at every step, and we’ll advise costs upfront if your Council requests extra items.

Contract Signing

Once you’re ready to build, we prepare your contract and walk you through every clause so there are no surprises later. We use plain language and transparency so you understand exactly what’s included and when things happen.

Manufacturing & Assembly - Stage 1: Factory Build

Your home is built in our controlled factory environment to millimetre accuracy. We welcome you to visit during production and see your home taking shape.

Manufacturing & Assembly - Stage 2: Delivery & Onsite Assembly

Once the modules are complete, they’re transported to site, assembled, and connected. Our team completes finishing touches, quality checks, and prepares your new home for handover.

Do I need Council approval for a modular home?
Yes, all homes require building approval. Some sites may also need Development Approval depending on your location and Council requirements. We handle all standard building and plumbing approvals as part of your package.
